Look at the options below to see what option you have available.

Tipi Tents

Much of the unique character and charm of the Tipi can be put down to the poles - natural, practical, environmentally friendly and truly beautiful.  Tipi canvas are custom made, lightweight, waterproof and wind resistant, offering sustainable, eco-friendly solution to the PVC normally used in marquee structures.

Either hire or try head out to Meadwood House who have a onsite Tipi all year round.

Clear Marquees

Have an amazing view and want to be able for you and your guest to enjoy them but also want some shelter from the elements? A clear marquee is the perfect option to enjoy those 360 degree views.

Sperry Tents

These are classic handmade ivory coloured sailcloth and Spruce pole tents that require no lining or frilly detailing.

The natural colour of the sailcloth reflects a warm and embracing light viewed from both inside and out. The high sides which can be covered or left open as required, provide for perfect sightlines and extended views whether standing or seated within the tent.

Bars, Bar Staff and Chillers

Every Wedding and Event we attend needs a chiller trailer (because booze, right!) and every single time it’s ugly. Sometimes it’s even uglier than ugly.

We had clients putting in a tonne of effort to create beautiful, curated events only to have a hideous, sometimes fluro chiller trailer be sitting awkwardly in the corner or, because its so ugly it has to be hidden a mile away from the event so the poor bar team have to spend the night slogging backward and forward with boxes of beers.

Stretch Tents

Stretch tents are like a mix between a tipi, marquee and sperry tent. Offering a unique looking marquee for your big day with a big side opening for fresh air and guests to pass through on one side.

Tents are made in NZ, 100% waterproof, fire retardant and able to withstand 70km winds.
