Another beautiful Wellington Winter Wedding at one of the best venues in the region and New Zealand, The Milk Station in Otaki.

Covid got in the way of Jaimie and Damien’s original plans for an autumn wedding, but with the help of some of the local regions best vendors, they pulled off a stunner of a day.

The thing about weddings in New Zealand is that the weather can be shit no matter what the season or time of year. Classic NZ turned it on for Kahli + Ricky’s forest wedding held at a hidden gem just outside of Otāki. The forecast was for 90% rain, the rain came just before the ceremony, but then with a few lucky prayers it held off for the ceremony and even got a sneak of that sweet summer heat.

The Milk Station in Otaki has to be up there with one of my most favourite venues in New Zealand, it's a place you don't need to go off site for photos or really do anything to it and it still just looks so good. Then you add in the styling of Sarah + Andrew and it takes the place to whole new level of perfect.
