Victoria and Matt's stunning wedding at The Atrium, Hawke's Bay

The Atrium at Tribune Wedding photography

Victoria and Matthews Wedding at The Atrium, nestled in the heart of Hastings, Hawkes Bay at the Tribune.

There isn’t anything more heartfelt during the first look than the words “that’s not very practical”
— Victoria & Matthew

The Atrium at Tribune

The wedding industry as a whole is a pretty shallow place so when I get to work with good people and old friends it just makes for just a top day. Victoria & Matt, two expat Palmy locals, living overseas but getting married in the Hawke’s Bay bringing together their family tree and friends from all over, to celebrate at Hawke’s Bay newest wedding venue, The Atrium at Tribune.

With a huge support cast of amazing super talented Hawkes Bay vendors, who came together to produce the most stunning backdrop for these two practical lovers to tie the knot. The weather may have not played ball and we couldn’t get up to Te Mata Peak, but wowee, Justin Timberlake would be proud.

Being the first wedding for the Atrium for the season and having only a handful of celebrations held there, it was nice to capture the day and space in a fresh unique perspective before it all becomes emmulated - one stunning couple at one stunning venue and ps how good is a live Saxophonist on set with High Kings DJ, lesssshgo!

Sophie and Kat featured on She Said Yes

“Sophie signed up to the gym and Kat caught her eye. The rest is history!”
— She Said Yes

Kat whisked my away to Waiheke Island for my 30th. She had hired out an amazing air b n b and it was so us! We had a romantic bath in the outdoor area and then Kat had told me to wait there while she organised some food. Kat had lugged platter food and my fav wine all the way from Napier – she arranged it all inside for me and told me to get changed and come in. I didn’t really suspect anything as this is the type of thing that we always do. Kat then got my birthday card out and started reading it to me. The end of the card finished with there is one thing I want and that is you.. Sophie will you marry me? Well I started screaming and hugging
her and then finally said yes! We then spent the afternoon drinking wine, calling our family and friends and went out for dinner! Was such a beautiful time for us.
