What a difference a year makes. Winter has set in and I wound up my winter wedding season with the beautful wedding of Megan and Hayden at Brackenridge in Martinborough. So many personalised little touches and their two young boys involved all through the day. We headed off to Tuturumuri for the first look and photos in the Tree Church and managed to get it done avoiding the forecasted torrential rain and wind.

What I’ve loved most about the weddings this year have been the real big emphasis by the couples to reassess what was really important to them and deciding to do things how they wanted to make sure the day had even more meaning to not only themselves but the people involved.

Nina and Craig ran with this mantra, covid added a few babies to the the original no children policy and Nina’s mum and sister made the cakes and wedding gown. Also loved how Craig ran the ceremony himself and his brother did all the legal stuff.

Beautiful day out at @tarurekaestate and finally got the chance to also meet Samantha from @paperdarlingnz who did all the signage. Few snaps from this little stunner of a day.

The biggest wedding of the year in Palmerston North. One of Orlando Country own, Emma married her beau Jack, one the perfect weekend, under the stars. You couldn’t of planned or asked for the perfect day. With a stunning custom bespoke wedding dress by Demelza Davidson, custom pieces by Camerons Jewellers , the cool kids club videography by Moon & Back Co and a long list of stunning vendors helped bring this magical day together.
